Any products, the sale and purchase of which is prohibited/restricted by Federal, State, or Local laws will neither be displayed nor sold through this website. It will be the sole responsibility of the seller to supply/deliver the item in good condition and quality to the buyer. Payment will be made directly to the seller by the buyer as per terms and conditions mutually agreed upon between the buyer and the seller. AROMAHABITAT will not be responsible in any manner as far as mutually agreed upon terms and conditions of payment between the buyer and the seller. AROMAHABITAT is a niche, vertical online marketplace therefore sellers can neither display nor sell any item that does not fall into the category of Aromatic Plants, Medicinal Plants, Essential oils and related products manufactured from Essential Oils, Fragrance and Flavors. Only Indian sellers operating their business within the geographical limits of India can register on this website. Sellers cannot sell their products to anyone outside the geographical limits of India. It will be the sole responsibility of the seller to check the veracity of the buyer before finalizing the deal. A sale contract is strictly a bipartite contract between the seller and the buyer and AROMAHABITAT is just an online platform for communication and interaction between the seller and the buyer hence cannot be a party to any transaction in any manner. Website is available for use to only those persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act 1872.
BUYER gets an OTP on entering his mobile no. When a buyer or anyone accesses, browses, or uses the website then it indicates that he/she has agreed to the terms and conditions of use of the website. Payment will be made by the buyer directly to the seller based upon mutually agreed upon terms and conditions of the payment. Every effort is made to check the veracity of the seller including the nature and quality of the product sold by the seller but AROMAHABITAT will not be responsible, in any manner, for any breach of any previously agreed upon terms and conditions between the buyer and the seller including the specifications and quality of the product. However, based on the complaint of the buyer, in case found genuine, the seller may be delisted from the website permanently.
