Essential Oils
They are natural aromatic extracts taken from aromatic plants. Due to the presence of natural chemicals, they give specific odor and flavor. Essential oils are used in Attar, Perfumes, food flavors ( Flavor is a mixture of Aroma and Taste), medicines, cosmetics, aromatherapy, etc. India is one of the major producers of Essential Oils. Rose oil and Lavender oil are examples of essential oils.
